There are not many companies this size that you can walk into ANY executives office, including the CEO and discuss strategy, ideas, successes, challenges or even just chat. Truly an amazing culture that's been built here and is continuing to grow. Springbig cares about their employees and just as equally important their customers. They provide the resources we need as Customer Success Managers to provide our clients the best possible service and continued success.

Cons

Springbig has growing pains as any other startup does. These challenges are openly discussed throughout the company in an effort to overcome them in every way we can across all departments.
