Pros

-working with young people in the middle of a vibrant city is fun -job is really easy and not much is expected of you. If you are professional you're considered one in a million and get promoted fast -very hard to get fired -clothing is casual (very casual) -you can get hired with no experience and even without a bachelor's and will be paid the same as everyone else. All you have to do in the interview is be friendly. -free parking -job is very easy so it's easy to slack off and do well

Cons

-promotions come easily, however they are lateral meaning you get more responsibilities with the same pay -managment is not experienced and are part of the drama -lots of drama!!!! And management encourages it. -if you're friends with management you get promoted fast, and can do whatever you want even if that means not working. If you're not, you will not get promoted and more will be expected of you (they play favorites). -the pay is very minimal and isn't enough to live in Denver. Everyone working there has to live with their parents for free rent. -they have beer on tap which is great, but many co workers get extremely drunk and high at work (everyone smokes in office). People will bring hard liquor and take shots at work

talentReef embraces its culture and seeks to provide opportunities for young professionals getting started in their careers. There is a lot of growth opportunity for those who want to advance in their career. It’s a fast-paced environment filled with smart, motivated employees – and we hire from diverse and experienced backgrounds to create a stronger company and learn from each other. Our employees are paid at or above market rate depending on their position and are offered health and dental coverage and 401K participation the first day of the month after they are hired. Leadership development is important and in October, several managers attended a training session to further their experience and skills. We’re investing in our greatest assets – our people. More training and development opportunities are being implemented to train the next generation of leaders and create a more positive work environment. We do offer a kitchen full of snacks, beverages, and kombucha. It is expected that employees who choose to drink alcohol, do so responsibly. We do not endorse being inebriated or high at the office and have a zero tolerance policy for working under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The perks offered come with responsibility and we expect our employees to enjoy the perks in a responsible way.

Pros

I made the switch to this company from another sales organization to work for talentReef a little over a year ago. Not coming from the SaaS background, I was unsure of my decision. When I began training on my first day however, my hesitations began to turn. I was welcomed to a tight-knit unit team of young and motivated professionals, always eager to help me learn. As my time progressed with the company, the familial feel did not go away. When I had a family member become very ill, I received nothing less than unconditional support from my management and executive teams. On a more professional level: As cliché as it may sound to those who have/do work here, talentReef is truly a meritocracy. Meaning, those who "do", receive. This company, like I have mentioned before, is like a family, and like a family, each department must be accountable to another, and each individual to each individual. This not only makes you successful, but makes this company successful and in turn a great place to work. There is also tremendous growth opportunity with this company, it is very exciting! If you are looking for a company to dig in, work hard, make your mark, and move up, this is the place! Finally, I wrote this review on my own, not at anyone’s request. I don’t like seeing people lash out and want to talk about the positives of working for this company.

Pros

talentReef was my first real job out of college and it has offered me great opportunity. I started off in the company in talentReef's entry-level position, working for the Customer Support team. As promised, I was promoted into the sales department after 6 months of working on the support team. talentReef is a great company, especially if you are wanting to find a company that you can grow with.

Cons

It can be very fast-paced, and there is some pressure involved, but if you are willing to apply yourself, you can be very successful here.
