A team of doers from top to bottom. Leadership has more than a clue about what makes the business really tick--hiring smart people and taking care of them so they'll stay on board and on mission.

Cons

None to speak of...unless you prefer the status quo versus a culture where change and personal growth are encouraged, expected and inevitable.

The company cares equally about their employees and customers. The initial training is second to none. When you are ready to assume all of your responsibilities after training you are ready to perform.

Cons

It's tough going to Chicago in January.
