Pros

Profitable company with good outlook, interesting projects, top end development hardware, incredibly smart fun people, free drinks and snacks, pool/ping pong table and not only a 401k and good health insurance, but a pension also.

Cons

Offices are a bit dated, not located downtown (which was actually a selling point for me as the location is closer to my house with less traffic)
