- Tech stack can be interesting to work on depending on the team - Some very sharp coworkers that are passionate about technology - Flexible working hours which promotes a good work-life balance

Cons

- Compensation has not kept up with the surrounding market - Promotions are scarce with a preference to hire from the outside - There is no product direction and no one is held accountable for a lack of research before attempting to go to market with unreasonable timeline expectations - Critical failures at all levels of management to deal with employees that cannot pull their weight

Training, resources, help, care for employees, EXTREMELY low turnover, no micromanaging, completely involved and actually concerned with the success of each employee, and the list goes on

Cons

I really can’t think of any besides the grueling hiring process

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for support. Hiring friends and placing people in positions that they have no experience in because they kissed up or because they're a friend
