Pros

Great work life balance (hardly any work at all get's done here)

Cons

Management has no clue what to do. Giant mess, tons of levels of middle management with absolutely no ability to change things. Everyone is leaving, it's a hopless situation.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you are able to enjoy a healthy work life balance here at Cox Automotive. The ISS organization has recently taken steps to evolve our product & engineering operating model and our release train structure which will position us to operate as one ISS Product and Engineering team moving towards a common goal and will build on the strength of everyone. This new model will also strengthen our lines of accountability across all levels of the organization. As an outcome, we%E2%80%99ll deliver better products for customers, and position our teams to enhance focus and improve incremental value delivery. We encourage you to speak to your manager or other leaders that you are comfortable with in the organization regarding your specific concerns. I am sorry your experience with us has fallen short of your expectations and hope that through the evolution of ISS and close communication we can addressed them together.

Thank you for your feedback. Like you, so many of our team member enjoy the company-wide benefits and PTO that are offered at Cox, so we’re pleased to see these benefits were meaningful to you. The Cox culture is one of openness and while we don’t know the specifics of your challenges, we appreciate the feedback you’ve shared here concerning Product Leadership. Open feedback is encouraged at Cox at all levels via regular, multiple check-in points during the year. Additionally, we send out regular team member satisfaction surveys if team members wish to provide feedback anonymously. I am sorry your experience with us fell short of your expectations and wish we could have addressed it together. We appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts and we take it to heart. If your career goal is to be stuck in a position, where you perform the same mundane tasks every day, tackle the same fundamental problems both internally, and externally with your customers without resolution, advancement, being valued, trusted, or encouraged to grow, then this place is for you.

Cons

You will perform the same mundane tasks every day, tackle the same fundamental problems both internally, and externally with your customers without resolution, advancement, being valued, trusted, or encouraged to grow.
