Continental Properties has earned a spot on the National Multifamily Housing Council's (NMHC) list of the Top 50 developers in the country. This year's numbers have placed us in the top 10, highlighting another strong year of property development. The ranking is based on the 3,625 apartment home groundbreakings that we achieved in 2021. Continental Properties Earns Top 10 Developer Spot on NMHC List
We are thrilled to announce that Continental Properties has been named a 2022 Top Workplace for southeastern Wisconsin for the 10th consecutive year! Continental Named Top Workplace for 10th Consecutive Year
Continental Properties announced the groundbreaking of Avanterra Black Forest, a brand-new luxury, 123 single-family home rental community in Colorado Springs, CO. The community is located at the southeast corner of E Woodmen Rd. and N Powers Blvd., less than 25 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs. Avanterra Black Forest will feature homes ranging from one bedroom to four bedrooms. Avanterra Black Forest Groundbreaking
At Continental Properties, we create inclusive communities through our team member Courageous Conversation series. The series is an enriching way for team members to explore diversity, inclusion, equity, and build allyship through bold and humble conversations. This spring, Continental launched its third Courageous Conversation series, providing team members the opportunity to learn history, share personal experiences, and develop pathways of understanding diversity through authentic and vulnerable discussions with each other.

Continental is committed to building communities that enhance people’s lives. On August 12th and 13th, Continental participated in Revitalize Milwaukee’s Annual Block Build, a weekend dedicated to providing critical home renovations for vulnerable and low-income seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. This is Continental’s fourth year sponsoring Revitalize Milwaukee's Block Build, which made home renovations for 23 homeowners this year. Continental team members, along with friends and family, completed over 28 major repairs and countless improvements on two homes in the Lindsay Heights neighborhood of Milwaukee. Team members completed a range of improvement projects including two porch and staircase rebuilds, installing downspouts, painting exteriors, replacing bathroom fixtures, HVAC work, and landscaping. We were all proud and inspired to do this work alongside Annie (a retired MPS Paraprofessional), the owner of both homes.
