Continental Properties, a leading national developer and operator of multifamily communities, retail, and hospitality projects, hosted its 4th annual Continental Cares Charitable Golf Outing at the Ironwood Golf Course in Sussex on August 29, 2023. Bringing together Continental team members, partners, friends, and family, the event focused on golfing, fundraising, and strengthening community bonds. Continental Cares, the heart of Continental’s charitable endeavors, has been making a significant impact since its inception in the spring of 2018. The committee's dedication and passion for identifying philanthropic organizations that align with Continental's core values have been a driving force behind the success of the annual golf outing and the entire charitable giving campaign. This year, the Continental Cares Charitable Golf Outing raised $80,000, a testament to the unwavering commitment of all participants to make a positive impact. These funds will be channeled directly into Continental's contributions to its charitable partners - Ronald McDonald House, Revitalize Milwaukee, Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, and K9s for Warriors. Each of these organizations plays a crucial role in creating a better future, and the support garnered from the golf outing will undoubtedly amplify their efforts.

Continental Properties is thrilled to announce the grand opening of the second phase of Springs at Sandstone Ranch, located at 2051 Zlaten Dr in Longmont, Colorado. The first phase of Springs at Sandstone Ranch opened in 2018 with 240 homes in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Phase II offers 212 additional townhome-style homes with private entrances and attached garage options. Phase II sits just south of the Springs at Sandstone Ranch community and features modern floor plans, high-end finishes, gourmet kitchens, abundant natural light, in-home washers and dryers, and private patios or balconies. The expansion will also include a newly built resort-style pool, a community clubhouse, an outdoor grill area, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, a car care area, two more pet playgrounds, an abundance of outdoor seating, and a green space activity area.

On July 26, 2023, Continental Properties held the successful ribbon-cutting ceremony for its first single-family rental community, Avanterra Wolf's Crossing, in the Village of Oswego. The event attracted an array of esteemed guests, including Village President Ryan Kauffman, Illinois State Senator Linda Holmes, and representatives from the Oswego Area Chamber of Commerce. During opening remarks, Continental Properties’ Vice President of Acquisitions, Erik Hahn, expressed his thoughts on the four-year-long journey to reach the grand opening. "After carefully evaluating various competing options across the country, Continental Properties made a strategic decision to choose the Village of Oswego as the ideal location for developing Avanterra Wolf's Crossing. This choice was driven by the village's outstanding community qualities, position for growth, rich amenities, and robust neighborhood fabric. Additionally, the positive experience we had previously established as a corporate citizen in the village, with our successful Springs at Oswego community completed three years ago, further reinforced our commitment to this partnership."

Continental Properties Company, Inc. (“Continental Properties”), a privately held national multifamily and commercial real estate developer, owner, and operator, has announced the closing of its seventh commingled real estate fund, Continental Properties Real Estate Income Fund V, L.P. The fund held its final closing on December 31, 2022, with total capital of approximately $130.5 million. It was employed to invest in six suburban apartment communities located in six states, developed and managed by Continental Properties, with a total value of $389 million.
