We’re proud of all of the work we do, but it’s especially exciting when a DOWL project wins an award like the Grand Project Award from ACEC Montana, which recognizes the year’s best engineering projects from firms located in Montana. The West Fork Upper Battle Creek Diversion project will increase energy production at Alaska’s largest hydroelectric project by diverting more water to Bradley Lake. It’s an incredible honor to receive this award from ACEC Montana. Thank you to the project team for delivering a project worthy of such an honor!
As 2020 nears its end, we'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make the year a success despite the challenges we faced. We wish all of you a happy holiday season as we look toward 2021, when we hope we can shake hands, hug, or simply be in the same room. In the meantime, stay safe and healthy so we can meet up again soon.
Construction continues on the high-profile Delta Highway/Beltline Highway interchange in Eugene, OR, and it could impact your commute between now and Thanksgiving. Get up to speed with upcoming changes:

Today, we are taking the opportunity to recognize an important holiday: Indigenous Peoples Day. We acknowledge the significance of our country’s indigenous populations, and we are honored to regularly work with American Indian and Alaska Native tribes on crucial infrastructure projects in Alaska and across the western United States. Today is an important time to reflect on these underserved populations, and we hope you’ll join us in honoring them.
We couldn't be prouder of Jason Kelly, who has been named 2020's Engineer of the Year by the Oregon chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers! Jason leads DOWL's Construction Engineering and Inspection team and continually provides stellar service to clients across the Western U.S. Congratulations, Jason! This honor is much-deserved.
