Belvac and RegO Teams Mobilize to Support Hurricane Relief Efforts In the wake of the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, the teams at Belvac and RegO, an OPW Clean Energy Solutions brand, mobilized their efforts to collect essential donations for those affected in their surrounding communities. Belvac filled over eight boxes with non-perishable food items and necessary cleaning supplies, while RegO contributed a wide range of essential goods, including water, food, blankets, and clothing in four rounds of donations. Through these efforts, Belvac and RegO demonstrated their commitment to supporting those impacted by natural disasters. Both teams plan to continue coordinating relief initiatives, reinforcing their dedication to strengthening community resilience in times of crisis.

Last week, Angie Bowling from Dover's Vehicle Service Group and Kristen Pittas from Dover’s Microwave Products Group were presented with Women MAKE Awards in Washington, D.C. This program honors women who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in their careers and represent all levels of the manufacturing industry. Congratulations to both Angie and Kristen on this well-deserved award.
Dover Announces Winners of the 2024 Scholarship Program Dover announces the names of 30 winners of its Dover Foundation Scholars Program. This year’s winners represent each of Dover’s five operating segments and nearly all of its Operating Companies. Scholarships are made available to the children of full-time employees of Dover and its Operating Companies worldwide. Selections are made by a team of independent, college admissions professionals, and are based on each student’s academic performance, leadership abilities and extracurricular activities. High school seniors and current college students were named, with each recipient eligible to receive up to $12,000 in scholarship support over the four years of their undergraduate studies. The program is now in its thirteenth year and has awarded 433 scholarships, providing approximately $3.2 million in financial support to deserving students. Two Dover Employees Receive Women MAKE Awards from the Manufacturing Institute Dover announced that two operating company employees have been selected as 2024 Women MAKE Awards Honorees by the Manufacturing Institute. Angie Bowling, Quality Engineer at Vehicle Service Group (VSG), and Kristen Pittas, Compliance Manager at Microwave Products Group (MPG), are among 130 women nationally to receive the honor. “We are proud to celebrate these two outstanding employees as 2024 Women MAKE Awards Honorees,” said Kimberly Bors, Dover’s Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. “Role models like Angie and Kristen help us drive innovation, and at the same time, inspire the next generation of female talent in our industry. Dover Employees Volunteer at Phil’s Friends, an Organization that Supports Individuals and Families Impacted by Cancer In the spirit of giving back during the holidays, a group of employees from Dover’s Finance and Accounting team came together to volunteer at Phil’s Friends in Addison, IL. Founded in 2005, Phil’s Friends is an organization dedicated to supporting hundreds of thousands of individuals and families across the U.S. impacted by cancer. Their mission revolves around providing care packages and weekly cards to those navigating the challenging journey that is brought about by cancer. During the event, the Dover team members assisted with decorating boxes and cards as well as boxing care packages with comforting items such as blankets, journals, hats, lip balm, lotion, cards, puzzle books and more. PSG Team Members Volunteer at the Greater Chicago Food Depository The PSG team recently worked in tandem with the Greater Chicago Food Depository to pack thousands of meals for low-income and disadvantaged Chicagoans facing hunger. With a mission to end hunger, the Greater Chicago Food Depository provides millions of meals each year to households in need in the Greater Chicago area. Together with other volunteers, the PSG team repacked 12,575 lbs. of food, which in turn will help provide 10,475 meals. Vehicle Service Group's Watson Named Bell Award Winner Article Courtesy of the Madison Courier October 6, 2023 Laura Watson of Madison, IN, is among the honorees for the WLKY Bell Award that recognizes adults and high school youth who have demonstrated selfless volunteer efforts that inspire others to engage in community service. Watson, an EMT for Nortons King’s Daughters’ Health, spends countless hours at car accidents, suicides, overdoses and other medical emergencies. She also has a full-time job at Vehicle Service Group in Madison.
