Eden Autism President & CEO Michael Decker joined NJ providers at the 2025 ANCOR Policy Summit & Hill Day in Washington, D.C. to advocate for the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities community. Providers met with representatives to discuss the importance of the HCBS Relief Act of 2025. The act would provide a 10-percentage-point increase in the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) for home and community-based services during 2026 and 2027, enabling states and providers to strengthen the direct support workforce and ensure better access to services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). During the event, NJ Representative Frank Pallone was honored with a Medicaid Champion Award! Thank you, Congressman Pallone, for fighting to protect Medicaid.

Every day at Eden, the children and adults we support express their wants and needs to staff, smile with their peers, and make requests for their favorite items and activities. These moments of communication may seem small to some, but within the autism community, they are a triumph. Be part of the team that makes these monumental moments happen!
