The Bloomfield Hills portfolio of Edward Rose & Sons has once again participated in a portfolio-wide toy donation to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation! With the generous contributions from our incredible office team members and the residents of our apartment communities throughout Metropolitan Detroit, we were able to bring joy and smiles to the faces of children during this holiday season. The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation plays a vital role in providing leadership, funding, and support for successful annual toy collection and distribution campaigns. Their mission is to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute them to less fortunate children during the holiday season. We're immensely proud to be a part of such a wonderful cause, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this toy drive a tremendous success. Together, we've made a positive impact on the lives of children in need.

All of their Associate Property Managers traveled to visit each community within that portfolio, tour vacant apartments, and meet the TEAM. This was a wonderful experience for them which achieved these three goals: To gain community insight and knowledge for referral/recommendations, to build relationships and utilize each other as resources, and to compare best practices and fine tune each APM's role within their individual communities.
