55 YEARS AGO, we started construction on one of our very first apartment communities that not only stands to this day, but, we still also still manage! Timberbrook Apartments started construction in 1967 in Peoria, IL on 5.3 acres of land off Knoxville Avenue near War Memorial Drive. In one of the photos below, you'll see Sheldon Rose, one of the namesake 'sons' of Edward Rose & Sons (on the far left), partaking in the ribbon cutting for the community upon the completion of construction.
