In the coming November 2021 issue of the National Apartment Association's UNITS Magazine, Edward Rose & Sons' 100-year anniversary is highlighted in a featured article: "It’s not often businesses make it out of their infancy, and it’s even less likely companies will succeed through multiple generations. Owner, manager and developer Edward Rose & Sons has accomplished this feat through the Great Depression, World War II and now a worldwide pandemic and has no plans to look back as they continue celebrating their 100th anniversary."

Our Bloomfield Hills home office team members had to improvise by setting up their party in the covered parking garage after heavy rain plagued the area before, during, and after its scheduled 100-year anniversary celebration this past Friday afternoon. That did not stop us from having a great time with games, music, and amazing food!

Members of the River Hills Apartments & Towne Lakes Apartments teams got together at the brand new River Hills clubhouse in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin yesterday afternoon as part our company's ongoing centennial anniversary celebrations. As part of the event, Joseph Moore, City Manager of the City of Fond du Lac - Municipal Government, presented a proclamation from the city in honor of this momentous occasion in our company's ongoing history of providing homes for the past 100 years.

Greg Gossman has lived at The Village Apartments in Wixom, MI since 1981 and recently signed a new lease commemorating his 40th year at the community. Greg graciously sat down with us to tell his story and to explain why he continues to be a resident of The Village. To further thank Greg for his years of residency, CEO Warren Rose visited him to show our appreciation as our longest-tenured resident.

CELEBRATING 43 YEARS WITH EDWARD ROSE TODAY, Rodger Miller began his career with Edward Rose & Sons on September 20, 1978 at 18 years of age and has continued to work with us for 43 years (and counting!) and currently works at The Village Apartments in Wixom, MI as the Assistant Property Manager. "There's plenty of great moments that happen with employees, residents, stuff like that." Jeff Galeas, Director of Property Management, presented Keith with a 25-Year Anniversary Trophy during our 100-Year Anniversary Celebration at his community, LakePointe Apartments, in Batavia, OH.
