Our amazing staff brought Inside Out to life today, dressing up as their favorite characters — Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust and Fear! During shift change, the team shared valuable insights about Trauma-Informed Care, turning a fun Halloween activity into a meaningful learning experience. This creative celebration was more than just a festive kickoff, it reflected who we are as Team HRI. Just like the movie reminds us, every emotion has value. At HRI Hospital, we’re committed to fostering an environment where both patients and staff feel safe, supported and understood. Our Trauma-Informed Care approach centers on compassion, empathy and awareness because true healing happens when every feeling is welcomed and every person feels seen.
