We value our employees and our leaders. We are working to implement new trainings to increase development opportunities and employee satisfaction. See what our Chief Clinical Officer, Todd Hickman had to say below... "Exceptional leaders strengthen our ability to serve more individuals and families. Exceptional leaders also ensure positive business performance and reinforce the future of our company. To that end, we are launching a new leadership development initiative to train managers who supervise employees how to be the best and bring out the best in others. HCA is investing time, funding, and resources into this program. Our goal is to build a distinct leadership culture that will help us realize our vision." We look forward to continuing to grow and develop. Please visit our website to learn more about employment opportunities and how you can join out team.

We understand the way that this year has not only taken a toll on our world, but also on our staff. We appreciate all their hard work and provide an EAP in order to give them access to mental health services, medical advocacy, and other resources. We value our employees and take pride in the work that they do, this is one way we show them we appreciate them!
The following message is from our CEO, Kristi Shain: “There is little doubt that 2020 has shown up with several opportunities to look hard in the mirror and decide who we are and how we are going to react to things, whether it be left, right, and some days everything in between. Here is what I do know the divide on racial injustice must stop today. As the leader of this company we must and will do whatever is possible to eradicate that divide in every way possible. I believe our policies and required trainings take a strong stance on our views on diversity and cultural sensitivity, but is that enough? I will tell you that the mirror is telling me that no it is not enough, and we are going to do more. As of today, I am creating a task force to discuss this very topic and determine what additional steps this company can take to show our anti-racist stance. I am proud everyday of our group of staff and how you have all handled the many challenges of 2020."
