Our #HHC employees recently volunteered at the Montgomery County Food Bank to help North Houston residents in need. Team members organized canned, baked, and, frozen goods and helped sort through fruits and vegetables at the Produce Rescue Center, which has saved over 19 million pounds of fruits & veggies since opening in 2017 🍎 HHC volunteers also filled veterans' cars with delicious groceries for Combined Arms, a veterans' service nonprofit organization, and a Montgomery County Food Bank partner. Thank you to everyone who participated in making a positive impact on our community! 👏🏼 #HHCares #LifeAtHHC

Ellie Chamberland, #HHC's Marketing VP at the Seaport, recently worked with Fairygodboss, the largest online career community for women, to provide some insight into HHC's DEI council and initiatives 👏 "I’m in awe of the members of the DEI Council - The individuals are extremely dedicated, and I learn something new from them every day. We’ve been able to accomplish a lot by having buy-in from our leaders from the very beginning." Ellie excitedly shares. HHC's dedicated DEI efforts are nationwide and "not only from an employee perspective but also within the communities we build". Thanks for sharing, Ellie!

From the opening of the iconic Tin Building by Jean-Georges to welcoming residents to our sixth condo tower in Ward Village we continued to see significant earnings in the quarter. "In Hawai'i, we welcomed the first residents to Kō'ula—our sixth condo tower to open at Ward Village. The successful completion of this tower represents another milestone in our vision to develop a premier MPC in the heart of Honolulu. With strong demand for housing in this market, we continue to see record-breaking sales momentum for our development projects. In September, we launched pre-sales on our tenth condo tower—Kalae—which has been met with exceptional demand and more than 40% of units being under contract as of the end of October.” - David O'Reilly, CEO HHC
