Hydrite is proud to manufacture Active STABILIZER™ for customers in the USA. Active STABILIZER™ prevents nitrogen loss due to ammonia volatilization ensuring the most efficient use of nitrogen fertilizer. Depending on a farmer's goals, Active STABILIZER™ gives farmers a choice: higher yield using the same amount of urea-based nitrogen or same yield but using less urea-based nitrogen. It is the only nitrogen stabilizer on the market that generates a ROI with nitrogen savings alone. With its low cost and unique variable application rate farmers can treat as necessary to maximize their return on investment.
Hydrite recently completed a 24-Hour HAZWOPER Training with employees from our Milwaukee, La Crosse, Oshkosh, and University Park facilities. During the training, employees reviewed Hydrite’s available equipment and tools for response, learned tactical planning and response techniques, and put those skills to work through drills and demonstrations. The training added more employees to the Emergency Response teams at each facility, teaching employees how to safely respond to hazardous material spills and effectively stop and remediate the incident. Participating employees earned their Hazardous Material Technician Certification as recognized by the EPA.
