Jim Ryback retires this Sunday after almost 18 years with Hydrite. Jim began his career with Hydrite as a QC Lead Chemist at Bradley Road in 2003. He spent his career working at both the Bradley Road and Tech Center facilities, most recently as QC Chemist II. In his retirement, Jim looks forward to working on his house, traveling, and getting back into boating. Our warmest wishes to Jim for a happy and healthy retirement!

Congratulations to David, who celebrates 30 years with Hydrite today! David has worked in several different roles at Hydrite in 30 years, including as QA Chemist, Lab Manager, Production Supervisor, Warehouse & Transportation Manager, and in his current role as Process Trainer at our Waterloo facility. “I have stayed for 30 years not only because Hydrite offers stability and incredible opportunities for professional growth but also because the people I work with make it a truly special place. “My work with the membrane program is mostly focused on membrane autopsies and soil analysis or root cause. I take membrane elements from our customers and complete a full autopsy. I look over the elements’ health and complete a full autopsy.” - Regan, Associate Chemist Regan, Sabrina, and Dilon work in our Technical Center in Milwaukee, WI. With their expertise, they provide technical support and creative solutions for Hydrite’s membrane program. While working with membrane autopsy, troubleshooting support, new generation chemical formulation, compatibility testing and chemistry application support, Hydrite’s dedicated chemists, engineers, and technical service staff have extensive knowledge and experience in solving the most challenging formulating problems.
