Paul Shearer has been with Addison HVAC for over four years, working his way up in the company and recently being promoted to Production Manager. Paul was incarcerated and in a Work Release Program, where he found Addison and became a piper on the lines. From there, he thrived in his line of work, getting promoted from a piper to a lead, to an Assistant Supervisor, then Supervisor, and now Manager. Learn more about Paul's journey with Addison below.
