Leadership promotion! McLarens US has promoted Taneal Jepsen-Pickles to Vice President, Major Accounts (MA). In her new role, Taneal will take on a strategic leadership role for the MA team. Our McLarens US team is growing! We're excited to share that Catrice Lackland has come onboard as our full time HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition. She brings to McLarens more than 10 years of insurance, HR, and recruiting experience. Catrice will take the lead, develop, and manage effective recruitment strategies, future talent pipeline, coach hiring managers, and support pre-boarding processes for new hires and/or internal transfers. Big things are happening with the newly formed McLarens US Agriculture team! JEFFREY ALLEN, National General Adjuster & Heavy Farming and Food Processing Equipment Specialist, recently joined #McLarensAgriculture and brought his extensive experience in heavy equipment and agricultural equipment claims. Jeff's technical expertise is in Farm, Dairy, Vineyard, Orchard, Logging, Aerial Seeding, Material Handling/Cranes, Commercial Cooling, and Power Generation. Janine joined the insurance industry in 2001 and has comprehensive experience in managing large revenue client portfolios, onboarding new business acquisitions, and overseeing marketing and communications functions. Prior to joining McLarens, Janine worked in the Life and Health, Loss Adjusting and Reinsurance sectors in New Zealand as well as South Africa and the UK. Janine is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF. Based in Charlotte, NC, Will has over 16 years of large loss, commercial property independent adjusting experience. He is trusted by major insurance companies in both the United States and London to manage multi-million dollar claims for risks such as Hospitality, Large Industrial Properties, Energy Installations, Retail Outlets, Inland Marine and Cargo, Builder’s Risk, and Business Interruption. Will has been instrumental in marketing the McLarens brand and together with his colleagues has successfully established a strong foundation along the East Coast. Maintaining both existing open market daily claims and overseeing new national accounts as the appointed adjuster, Will has also been involved in CAT response to major events, including Superstorm Sandy, Hurricanes Matthew, Irma, Florence, Michael, Dorian, and Laura.
