We rode in style in a 2025 Yukon, courtesy of Diepholz Auto Of Paris, to show off our headlights in the lighted parade. It was a great way to kick off the holiday season in our local community. NAL also has an F-150 display at Twin Lakes Park during the holiday season. Be sure to check it out!

NAL was honored to be a 2024 recipient of the inaugural Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Awards presented by the Illinois Manufacturers' Association and @IMEC. We were named the Workforce Excellence Award winner which recognizes NAL’s commitment to our existing workforce and efforts to inspire the next generation of manufacturers. Our local outreach efforts were amplified in October as we celebrated Manufacturing Month with our community and school partners. Thank you to everyone who visited for an industry tour or came to MFG Day in the Park, and to our Team who took advantage of our internal activities!

Team Members from our Flora Plant participated in the 2nd annual Trunk-or-Treat and Dinner at the Airport last weekend. They passed out candy from their Cars themed station and had a great time despite the windy evening!
