Jenna is a General Manager for Workplace Well-being based in the San Francisco area, with a strong background in wellness leadership, behavioral health and the arts. She began her career as a behavioral therapist supporting children with autism, before moving into leadership roles managing yoga studios across San Francisco, where she developed inclusive, community-focused programs. An E-RYT 500-certified yoga teacher, Jenna specializes in trauma-informed, prenatal/postnatal and restorative practices, bringing a holistic and empathetic approach to her work. She is also the founder of a dance company, where she integrates creativity, embodiment and human connection. As a neurodivergent leader, Jenna draws from her own lived experiences to dismantle rigid workplace expectations, ensuring that diverse cognitive styles and unique voices are genuinely celebrated.
Denise is a wellness leader committed to helping people recharge, connect and thrive. She manages a high-impact well-being hub in Atlanta, and creates experiences that strengthen both health and community. Her leadership is grounded in the “Platinum Rule,” active listening and cultural humility, as she believes that true inclusion begins with learning each person’s unique motivations and needs.
Meet Saumya, the Well-being Lead based in Bengaluru, India. Saumya leads the regional employee well-being strategy across multiple countries and business units. Her work spans program design, stakeholder partnerships and end-to-end communication strategies, ensuring that well-being initiatives are not only launched but also understood, adopted and sustained. With deep expertise in corporate communication, employee engagement and behavior-change messaging, Saumya brings a practical, human-centered approach to making well-being relevant, accessible and integrated into everyday work culture. Outside of work, she values slow mornings, good chai and long walks that spark reflection.
Jose began as an exercise science intern with Plus One, an Optum Company in fall 2024 at our Orlando, Florida location. From the start of his internship, he demonstrated dedication and professionalism in his role and consistently went above and beyond expectations. Because of his outstanding performance as an intern, Jose was hired as an On-Call Exercise Specialist in spring 2025. Our on-site management team is proud to recognize his hard work and commitment to the company’s values. Jose always strives for high-quality results in everything that he does. He approaches his work with soft compassion and strong integrity. As a result of his efforts, Jose was recently accepted into the University of Miami Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
