Our relationship with social media can be summed up in two words: “It’s complicated.” Social media apps help us maintain personal connections and provide a platform for self-expression; however, many people—especially younger generations—also say social media has negatively impacted their mental health.

I love working for Sandstone Care because the company represents all of my morals and values as a human being. I am myself and highly valued at Sandstone. I work as the lead BHT up in Cascade at our teen facility and absolutely love it! Besides the fact that we are perfectly nestled right before the entrance to Pikes Peak, the job is all about being a life coach for kiddos in crisis. We were all teenagers at some point and can all relate that THE STRUGGLE IS REAL. It's our job to show these kids that they CAN overcome their emotional and physical hardships AND that they're not alone. This job is by far the most rewarding job I've ever had. We save lives!
