The IT Service Desk hit a major milestone in February. They have exceeded TEN THOUSAND tickets! Since Jira’s inception in late 2020, they have taken in and serviced over ten thousand tickets comprised of incidents and service requests. They are actively using this data to identify trends and opportunities to provide best-in-class service to the business as well as continuous improvements. The Service Desk team looks forward to serving ten thousand more.
