Christian Virzi is awesome. He is the market trainer. District manager training is awful, but some offices are better than others.

This is NOT COMMON, however two of the Aflac Regions here in South Florida provide you a dedicated trainer to learn their system. There is NO cold-calling or phone banking. The entire team is very supportive of the new agents and they hold training for skill sets and products weekly. I am consistently thankful I joined this team rather than one that makes you cold call.

Corporate Training was good for the knowledge of computers.
