Health insurance has finally 3 options with different premiums. PTO is decent with 15 days to start off for new employees but they could do a lot better to increase the number of days for more tenured employees.

Vacation/PTO was relatively generous. Health insurance was adequate. All other benefits were about average.

Overall the benefits here are average.
401K matching isn't great, but isn't terrible (it's ~3% I believe).
The healthcare benefits are fairly expensive, but there are many options for if you'd like to choose a less expensive option.
Maternity and paternity leave are not offered in the US offices (beyond FMLA), which is a bit frustrating.

If you do well in the company, after 90 days there is a .50 cent pay increase. Then if you still do well after another 90 days, another pay increase. Also commission pay and if you have great attendance your first year you accrue 3 weeks PTO. So yeah that’s wonderful!!!
