Insurance was good and most Dr's offices commented on this fact whenever they ran my insurance number.

- About 60% of Intake Specialists work through an agency (Adecco). For those working through the agency, there is only preventative healthcare offered (not good). There is also a 401k plan offered but all the plans are mediocre. You don't get paid for any major holidays, which is a problem. - For those who are direct hires, a matching 401k plan is offered, discounted gym membership, discounts to major concerts, movies, etc. Another nice perk is bringing your pet to work.

Health care cost has doubled in the past 2-3 years. I realize that's common to many people now. But as the premiums have gone up, the wellness discounts have gone down.

Almost four weeks pto and just working 2 years

Fairly comprehensive and wide-ranging benefits plan. The new medical plan introduced July 2017 via North America Administrators, however, was frustrating to navigate with less options/fewer particpating healthcare providers - a step down from prior plan..

Great PTO and flexibility, 401k match is great, new health insurance isn't great

Last year switched over from BC/BS to PHCS which is mediocre. The new medical health plan is not easy to navigate when trying to verify coverage for certain procedures. All other benefits like 401k, life insurance, stock options are standard.

Medical and dental .. There are more benefits however many employees do not know of their benefits due to the poor HR team there.
