Health insurance is ok. We have Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, but we are in MA. Delta Dental and Visual is great. Vacation was good, (1-2 years, 4 weeks; 2+ years 5 weeks) but has since not been great as they cut this portion of benefits down.

offers decent benefits packages. offers competitive rates and coverage to other companies in the area. Wish they would offer lower rates but its par for the industry at this point.

The benefits were actually pretty descent. The typical; medical, vision, dental and 401K. There were some descent company perks such as free food, fun events, holiday parties, etc.

Decent full benefits package, but medical is too expensive if you have a family with only one income.

Good co workers, convenient location Low pay, lack of talent

Health insurance is through BCBS and is second to none.

The amount of paid time off per year is pretty great, also the 401k plan and matching is also great. Health Insurance is pretty good but the co-pays are a little high.

Great benefits, 401k matching, ESPP discount, health incentives and discounts, generous paid time off (including bereavement and time off for child school activates or volunteering) , cell phone provider discounts. Customer Service Agents have opportunities to win prizes during tax season. Unfortunately, ATL and TL's have no chance of getting bonuses or incentive awards any time of the year.
