The package is complete. Medical, dental, vision, EAP, 401K. The prices are up again this year, but I think that is normal. The employee cost is average I think compared to what my friends and family pay. (with the exception of Kaiser members) The 401K has a match, which a lot of places have gone away from. There is an onsite gym that we can join for free

The company does not offer a ROTH 401K retirement plan, and doesn't match enough to matter
