Benefits are excellent, 401k and stock option are super. Would prefer to see a better sekection of supplemental insurance like accident insurance.

Since this a former employer and I have since had the experience of finding another job, in hindsight, the benefits packages were quite good relative to the normal packages that you find. The Health Benefits were better than par with 100% coverage (after deductible).

Excellent health coverage, company absorbs A TON of cost in their plans.

Company has tried to keep health insurance costs down. Health insurance is good and other standard insurance benefits are commensurate to the area. They've been doing more to promote healthy living programs that are available to all employees. Vacation starts at 3 weeks with an additional week every 5 years. There is an employee discount program which is low, but they do offer computer loans that are a nice perk. Also provides tuition reimbursement. The company is fairly old school in work from home, flexible work schedule and other 21st century work practices. Some teams have figured out ways to make this work, but is not universal.
