It's an average package with basic benefits nothing special at all.

The company offers good benefits. You are able to contribute to a 401k (they just included a Roth version as well) and I believe they have a profit sharing plan. All normal medical coverage is available. You get 3 weeks of vacation per year that must be used or you lose it.

The overall benefit package is very competitive for the New Hampshire area, the employee contribution for healthcare continues to risa as an overall percentage however a few years back they re-instituted up to 3% match on 401k.

Good health benefits and ability to select the plan that works for you ; there are "black out dates" on vacation / sick days around end of quarter and end of year (and end of month) which is really prohibitive.
