"The training is supposed to follow a specific path, but the Manager did not follow the manual. instead of walking through the training and showing us what to do, she handed us her manual and asked us to complete it. many of the tasks needed to be directly shown on the sales floor or worked through together. I did watch 90% of the videos, but found that I ran out of time while working, and gave up on them. (we signed the completed manual, anyway, so I could get my keys) It was very difficult to coordinate with the other managers, as we each learned different aspects, but did not have full training. The entire team would have benefitted, had the ASMs been properly trained."
