They do not honor nor respect holidays. Often making all departments work half to full day of hoilday. They do not pay "double time" during holidays. They pay you base rate + you receive A separate taxed check of 8 hours. (You must be at work on time the day before, during the holiday and the day after the holiday to receive it)
PTO is not given to you at the start of the year, they make you wait until late February to receive PTO.
Health Insurance is cheap for yourself but becomes extremely expensive once you add a dependent.
Excellent Vision and Dental insurance and is very economical for yourself and dependents.
401k is good, they match a certain percentage.
