2 weeks paid vacation and 2 weeks paid sick leave but it is always a hassle to try to get either of them off.

the cost to the employee for health insurance is utterly ridiculous based on the pay for the employee. For a single person the lowest cost for insurance was $200.00 every 2 weeks that is $400.00 per month and all the co pays were very high for this plan

Lack of benefits. No discounts, one paid holiday, $1.50 more an hour to work holidays.

You have to work at Dollar Tree for at least a year before you can get an unpaid week vacation off from work.
