401K they match like up to 4%. Ok Insurance. You get 30 hours PTO for pt assistant manager.. FT assistant manager get 40 hours the first year the second they get 80 hours after five years you get 120 hours. One Bad thing about the PTO is you can only take it certain times of the year and not during October, November, or December and also does not roll over to the next year if you do not take. You get 80 hours of sick time but does not roll over if you do not use them.

No one other than the store manager and a full time assistant manager gets benefits. Low end stores (small stores known as LO stores) only have room for one full time assistant manager and that's usually the freight manager. As a part time assistant manager I've put in weeks of 6-7 day work weeks, came in with food poisoning, only missed one day of work, have never requested off and do more than what's asked of me... yet I don't have a single benefit to show for it because I work 30 hours a week instead of 35.
