Seems to be pretty standard benefit package. Ideally would like to see the 401k match higher and employee healthcare contribution lower especially since ESI is owned by Cigna, but they seem content being middle of the road. You earn 4 weeks of PTO your first year which is nice.

Great PTO, it adds up quickly. By the time you know it, you have 20 days of PTO and can take a couple trips during the year. No sick time offered though, so if you get sick you'll have to use your PTO.
