The best thing is the flexible time off the worst is the health plan. Medco had a much better benefit program then ESI

I did'nt like that it was union run; i had to pay for union dues and i felt that the union didnt do anything for me.

The benefits are terrible. The health plan isn't accepted anywhere and when it is, it pays very little of the cost of healthcare. If you can't get benefits from a spouse, etc, I wouldn't even recommend looking.
In terms of time off, a lump sum of pto....standard.
They cut anything and everything whenever and wherever they can.
