Total Rewards at Express Scripts represent all of the investments we make in our people, in return for their contributions in serving our clients and patients and delivering on our mission to make prescription drugs safer and more affordable. We provide resources, rewards and recognition that empower our employees to maximize their performance, potential and financial success at Express Scripts.
Everyone starts out with 4 weeks of PTO; good luck trying to use it though.

Good benefits for the most part. They changed them again for next year. Holidays got better and they redid the insurance plans. A little expensive but okay.

Used to be great 100% match on up to 6% contribution. 401k plans offer a good variety of investment options and multiple times of balances movements among those investments. Starting 2020, following Cigna policy, match reduced to 100% for first 4% only, then 50% on the 5th and 6th percent contribution. Not sure about the outlook for the current 401k provider Prudential.

Best: Work from Home. They have excellent health benefits (medical, dental, eye, life), and they match 401k contributions up to a certain amount. The health insurance had a low deductible and great coverage.

Good health coverage, paid on a sliding scale based on your salary. The more you make the more you pay for health care.
