The cost is high and they limit you as to where you can receive pharmacy benefits. The customer service you receive is shoddy due to lack of communication between the different departments

Life insurance, Accidental death and dismemberment. Plus others that I did not take due to lack of need. Access to discounts with abenity.

The worst thing is that you work for a PBM and the Rx benefits are terrible. The most "vanilla" plan, like they offer to any other client. No perks, no real "benefit" to working for a PBM.

401k is pretty good, the insurance benefits have gone downhill like most employer plans countrywide, I wish PTO and Sick day hours were earned separately instead of having to use PTO as sick time, the bonuses are getting better, recognition is getting better, the work at home program is a huge plus
