No sick days or vacation days. There's only paid time off that you accrue each pay period. You can't schedule when you will get sick so if you call in sick then you get a point against you for an unscheduled absence. If you don't have the PTO saved up and you're sick then you just don't get paid.

There's nothing stellar or horrible about benefits at Express Scripts, but they mostly meet my needs. Wish there were a couple more paid holidays. The 401k match is pretty good.
