Total Rewards at Express Scripts represent all of the investments we make in our people, in return for their contributions in serving our clients and patients and delivering on our mission to make prescription drugs safer and more affordable. We provide resources, rewards and recognition that empower our employees to maximize their performance, potential and financial success at Express Scripts.
The medical, vision, and dental insurance is pretty good. They also offer 401k, stock, and some other perks. They offer PTO and VTO. But there is no sick leave, which is an inconvenience when you are really sick.

Express Scripts benefits package is horrible, which is ironic because they are a personal benefits management company. Their insurance is so bad that it is not in fact called insurance, it is called co-insurance because you have to pay 100% out of pocked until you meet your minimal deductible.

When the merger took place, everything was cut in half such as your monthly bonus, and you lost all of you vacation and personal time; if you had 4 weeks of vacation, after the merger it was reduced to 2 weeks or less

The company that handles the FSA for Express Scripts could be better. And the company that handles benefit customer service isn't great great. The benefits themselves are affordable and comprehensive.
