Decent insurance plan for medical and dental. 20 days of PTO per year, but five of those days are in theory sick days. The lack of actual sick leave is unpleasant.

The health care is mediocre as it has a large deductible and only $500.00 to offset the deductible. Dental is standard and visual standard too. There is a 401k with match.

Best: great benefits, 401k match, tuition and adoption assistance. Worst: maternity leave is only what is required by law, no more. You come back from leave with no vacation time.
