Affordable and easy to use

We used to be offered stock options but that was stopped . Medical benefits they add a spousal surcharge of 100 per month if your spouse is able to get their own coverage .

They have a good benefits package. You can't beat the cost, but the actual benefits could be better. Anthem insures health and drugs and knowing how much others pay for drugs, we pay quite a bit more than most. They help with health care deductible, but half as much as last year unless we jump through hoops for the other half of what they were paying for us. Dental and vision also offered, as well as extra life at a low rate.

They take care of they're employees. Well being incentives.

Points can be awarded for successful milestones and other achievements. These are good for quality items for the whole family.

Its a good place to work with good benefits. Been with them for 10months now and have not had a major reason to complain. the downside is their pay, they could do way better and be at par with other companies. There is a lot of room to grow within the company. Its a good place to be comfortable in while you learn a lot of new things.

Not a great health plan

Excellent range of benefits to choose from. STD and LTD, payed, are available. As well as an excellent health insurance package available immediately, Car insurance, Stock options, 401k matched up to 8% of Salary.
