ESHC is on the way to improve employee benefits. We have 401K plan and employer will match up to 6% after you have worked for one year.

Health insurance wasn't bad but you are forced to get your prescriptions through Express Scripts mail order - which is a bit more pricey and a pain for some. Some like it, I personally did not.

Only get 30 days as new hire to enroll. Otherwise have to wait a year to enroll. Most benefits I looked at seemed pretty good coverage.

It is embarrassing that I work for a Pharmacy and they do not cover my prescriptions.

Benefits package is fair. Health benefits offer a few different options to fit your lifestyle and family size. Coverage is fair when compared to other employers. 401 K - great match as well as stock purchase options. The top perk for Express Scripts is the generous PTO balance. You begin building PTO from day 1 up to 4 weeks in the first year. The only downside is that PTO encompasses all time off including sick and vacation. Work from home is a great perk to this company.

the worst part was you had to have all your perscriptions filled by express/accredo. My son was using 12k a month
