I have been working at ESI for over a year and I have to say the benefits for full time employees is really great. Not to mention the PTO for and employees after 1 year is 20 days..not often you come by such great benefits

Express Scripts offers a fairly average benefits package, in my opinion. I feel like it was adequate for my needs, but nothing too spectacular.

Maternity leave is pretty good. First you have to take all you available PTO (which I don't agree with because when you get back from leave you will have zero time off. ) then the next 6 weeks are short term disability at 60% of your salary, last you can extend an additional 6 weeks off with no pay. So all in all you can get over 12 weeks off, some paid, some unpaid.

The worst thing about the benefits are the package deals are very terrible. You don't make enough money to cover the cost of your drugs barely.
