We provide resources, rewards and recognition that empower our employees to maximize their performance, potential and financial success at Express Scripts.
The flexibility of working from home is definitely the best perk. The worst would be the repetitive low work volumes which cause added stress to achieving work quotas

Health Insurance has a Health Reimbursement Allowance (HRA) but very high deductibles and high premiums; Company contributes a % match to your 401K but your portfolio options are limited and do not have strong growth. Personal time off accrues on a rolling calendar basis instead of being given in a lump sum

401K match is good. Employee stock purchase plan is ok. Used to be 15% off market. Now only 5%. However, I still recommend using it. Cafeteria at corporate headquarters is good. Worst thing is really the lack of work-life balance.

They have a version of socialized medicine. The more you make, you pay more to subsidize lower income employees.

The over all package is great copays can come down some but other than that everything is on par with competition.
The best part is that it is available and the benefits are generous. The worst part is that management and supervisors are clueless and employees need to do a lot of their own homework. - which ultimately is ones own responsibility.

Good benefits and vacation time but employees are often too busy to take time off and many times max out and lose vacation days.
