Paid training but they expect alot out of your performance.

Job training availability is dependent upon each team.

There really isn't much involved in the process, so you can easily pick it up. However, each store you work at is different in terms of a lot of factors. You need a good trainer or else you will be set up for failure.

Comprehensive week long virtual training followed by in-person

I love working here. Very different place.

Basically no benefits that amount to anything. Only get product reduced benefits in Kansas City.

very hands-on experience, kind of thrown into things

Trainer made sure I understood the handheld computer processes. Very thorough and knew what was required of me to send to Hallmark.

Job training isn't really training. You get interviewed 3 times. Showed the basics on how to use the crown connect device. They trailer or manager is supposed to train you how things are done. But you are thrown to the wolves. I only met with the trainer when I was hired. My manager kept pushing me onto the other workers. This is how I learned how things are supposed to be done.
