Job training isn't really training. You get interviewed 3 times. Showed the basics on how to use the crown connect device. They trailer or manager is supposed to train you how things are done. But you are thrown to the wolves. I only met with the trainer when I was hired. My manager kept pushing me onto the other workers. This is how I learned how things are supposed to be done.
