You get two weeks training then you're on your own. Now they have a supervisor that comes around periodically and helps you out and gives additional training...they didn't have that when I hired in 2014.. I've learned a lot from the supervisor. in the last year.

Job training is hands on and you are right there learning on the spot, while assisting customers. Everyone that has trained me has been patient and understanding although I learn fairly quickly.
