Hands on training. Work in team environment with a Lead/Supervisor. Very helpful and patient while learning the different aspects of the position

They provide extensive training about 8 weeks for a retail order processor. They do try to set you up for success.

I started many years ago, but they were solid in training me as a new employee.

I have learned A LOT since I've been working at Hallmark, which will be two years pretty soon. The two store managers I have had during my time here did a great job training me. I learn something new every day, and continue to grow.

Not much training. Quickly showed you where to find merchandise in back room and go. You were on your own after that and had to "wing it" most of the time because the Retail Execution Plan never matched what my stores actually had as far as the placement of specialty merchandise, so it took me more time to figure out where and how to get the items displayed and retail ready, but no one ever complained.

Some positions have required training. Others do not get adequate training.

Job Training was done via on-line video training, over the phone with my supervisor and hands on. Much of my training was through experience; getting into my accounts and going back to my supervisor with questions or figuring it out on my own.
